Alaska Division of Forestry (DOF) responded to an emerging incident about a mile from the intersection of Moosehorn Road and Redfox Drive in Tok, Alaska. The fire was about one tenth of an acre with torching trees.
Helitack, engines, a local hand crew and helicopter bucket drops aided in suppression efforts and ground resources are now mopping up and cold trailing the fire. All aircraft has been released.
This will be the last report unless significant change occurs.
