Minimal fire behavior occurred Monday.
Smoldering areas were observed on the Kenai River near Torpedo Lake and along the eastern flank of the fire. Fire resources continue to monitor, mop up and repair suppression impacts. Increasing cloud cover, humidity and precipitation continued over the fire area. Fire growth remains minimal; only smoldering fire behavior has been observed.
