Current Situation

Total Personnel 35, including a bulldozer, excavator, roller chopper, IMT personnel
Size 18,533  (+22)
% of Perimeter Contained 20%
Significant Events Due to precipitation in the area, fire behavior was minimal with creeping and smoldering. Continued progress on mop-up and rehabilitation of suppression lines adjacent to the town of Northway.

Outlook

Planned Actions There is a transition tonight from a Type 3 Incident Management Team to a Type 4 Incident Commander. The fire will be monitored and fire line repaired and rehabilitated. Point Protection remains in place.
Projected Incident Activity Fire activity will be minimal due to precipitation and high humidity.
Weather Concerns Isolated showers and thunderstorms are forecast in the fire area for the next operational period. Clearing is expected over the fire with increasing winds in the afternoon.
