On behalf of Incident Commander Rob Allen and the entire Type 1 Pacific Northwest Team 2, we extend our gratitude for all of your support during our assignment. It is a true honor to serve the community impacted by this fire and the relationships we’ve built with you are important to us and have made our time here a complete honor. The official transfer of command occurs now (6pm July 15 2019) from Rob Allen’s Type 1 Pacific Northwest Team 2 to Bob Fry’s Type 2 Northern Rockies Team 6. The operational plan remains the same and with the highest priorities remaining public and firefighter safety.
