Alaska Interagency Coordination Center experiencing technical difficulties

As you may have noticed if you tried to log on to the Alaska Interagency Coordination Center or BLM Alaska Fire Service websites today, we are experiencing technical difficulties preventing access to either site. As a result, the Alaska Interagency Coordination Center (AICC) may not be able to publish a daily situation report tomorrow morning, Saturday, July 20. Our computers have been down all day and it is unknown whether we will have the ability to publish a daily situation report tomorrow morning. The AICC will publish the daily situation report as soon as possible once we are back up and running. Thank you for your patience.

The technical problems affecting AICC also apply to the Alaska Interagency Coordination Center Information line at (907) 356-5511, which is not operational at this time. A temporary information phone number has been established and will be used until the technical issues have been resolved. The temporary information number is (208) 274-3316. This is a google voice number that will ring to our information team members in Fairbanks, the same team who have been answering the (907) 356-5511 until the technical problems began this morning. We are sorry to have missed your call today, but invite you to call us tomorrow with your questions. The Information team is doing everything possible to address the problems as quickly as possible.
