#622 Marten Creek: 27 acres. Lightning, discovered on 6/24-25 miles northwest of Fort Yukon
Tuesday: Demobilized four smokejumpers as the Upper Yukon #1 Type 2 Crew arrived. Minimal fire behavior was reported.
Monday: Six smokejumpers were deployed to the fire. Fire was observed to have increased in acreage and is 75% active burning in hardwoods and blackspruce. It is estimated it will take 3 days to secure the line.
Sunday: A reconnaissance flight revealed the fire was creeping and smoldering with a 70% active perimeter.
Saturday: Fire remains in monitor status.
Friday: Resources requested for incident but unable to respond do to poor visibility. Another attempt will be made when conditions improve. Fire remains in monitor status.

Tuesday: The fire received rain which helped hold it. Developing a demobilization plan.
Monday: Personnel will continue to mop-up, cold trail and grid the fire for hotspots 150-feet within the line. Possible demobilization 7/1 or 7/2.
Sunday: The fire received a lot of wetting rain, 1-inch, and has minimal heat. Personnel continue mop-up, cold trailing and gridding a 150-feet wide perimeter.
